Plenty of wood, natural materials and peace: our traditional “Stubensauna” offers five climate zones, and the Finnish sauna reaches 90 to 100 °C at around ten per cent humidity.
The infrared cabin with colour light therapy is gentler, and afterwards the relaxation room with its heated bench awaits.

Since 2000 our Kneipp pool has stood in the flower meadow in front of the house – fed by our own mountain spring.
Wade through the clear spring water, then walk barefoot across the meadow: relaxation can be that simple.

Our barefoot trail leads for around one kilometre through nature – across alpine meadows and fields, over moss, wood chips, gravel, stones, sand and wooden beams, with places to rest along the way.

Beneath fruit trees, in the sun or in the shade: on our sunbathing lawn you will always find a quiet spot – with views across the Berchtesgadener Land.

In Maja Erler-Fritz’s health and massage practice you can enjoy energy, anti-stress and mountaineer massages – appointments by arrangement, including Sundays and public holidays.
