We delete personal data as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the reliable and secure provision of the website.
When you visit our website, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, previously visited page (referrer), browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data sources. The log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

If you contact us via the enquiry or voucher form, by email or by phone, we process your details – such as name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and your message – in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Otherwise, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Form enquiries are sent to us by email and also stored in the protected administration area of our website. Emails are sent via the WordPress plugin FluentSMTP using the mail server of our email provider. We delete your enquiry once it has been fully dealt with, at the latest after six months – unless a contract is concluded and statutory retention obligations apply.
For online bookings we use the DIRS21 booking system of TourOnline AG, Borsigstraße 26, 73249 Wernau, Germany. When you click on “Book” or “Check availability”, you are taken to the DIRS21 booking page; the travel dates and number of guests you have selected may be transferred in the process. The data entered during the booking process is processed to carry out your booking (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The DIRS21 privacy policy, which you can access there, also applies to the booking page.
The fonts used on our website are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
To see which pages are visited and how often, we use the WordPress plugin Statify. It only stores the page visited, the date and the previously visited website (referrer). No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored and no user profiles are created. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
To protect against attacks, such as repeated failed login attempts, our security plugin Kadence Security processes the IP addresses of suspicious requests and blocks them temporarily if necessary (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; legitimate interest in the security of our website).
Our website contains links, for example to Instagram, HolidayCheck, Google Maps and Apple Maps. These services are not embedded: only when you click on a link do you leave our website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
Right to object: Where we process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
Simply contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
